The EWV2000 does not have a MIDI in port.  Patches are saved and loaded via an analog audio input.  The patches here are either patch sheets, which are written representations of all of the elements of a patch or MP3 audio files.  You can save the MP3 by right-clicking and choosing "save target as..."  and then route the audio to the EWV2000.
